Liz Lustgarten, MS, LPC-MHSP
Professional Counselor

Welcome! I’m Liz Lustgarten, a Licensed Professional Counselor/Mental Health Service Provider (LPC/MHSP), dedicated to creating a safe and compassionate therapeutic space for you and/or your family. My dog, Ollie, is training to become a licensed therapy dog and can attend sessions if you are comfortable with it. Ollie’s presence can provide comfort and reduce anxiety. As a therapist, I value walking alongside my clients during times of struggle and success, to continue to help you move toward your goals.

I have been a Licensed Professional Counselor since November of 2023, after earning my Masters degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from The University of Tennessee in 2021. Since my graduation, I have worked with clients of diverse ages, genders, races, and backgrounds, experiencing a variety of concerns. I have experience working with individuals with a variety of concerns, including anxiety, depression, and trauma. am trained in Child-Centered Play Therapy and Sand-Tray therapy modalities, which are used with children, and use Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)  and Person Centered Therapy to guide my work with individuals of all ages, while utilizing other techniques to meet each individual's needs.

Outside of the therapy room, I find joy in playing volleyball with friends, exploring the outdoors with my dog, Ollie, reading, and simply enjoying time with loved ones.

If you are interested in working together, please reach out and we can set up an appointment. I look forward to being able to support you during whatever part of life you are in.
