Yes! We are currently accepting insurance plans under Cigna, Optum, United HealthCare, and Aetna. Please contact us so that we can verify your benefits directly.

What hours are you available to see clients?

Our general office hours are listed at the bottom of the page, but different providers may hold different hours.

Do you offer sessions in office or via telehealth?

We offer sessions both in office and via telehealth.

What types of clients do you see? Am I a good fit for counseling?

We see all types of clients and believe that everyone stands to benefit from counseling — a non-judgmental relationship where you are welcomed just as you are. Moreover, we strive to build relationships that are safe for all individuals and are happy to work with all clients regardless of their gender, sexual orientation, age, religious or political beliefs, or race/ethnicity.

We also offer brief consultations via phone or Zoom where you can discuss your goals and questions about the process.

Are there any types of clients you don’t see?

While we do not restrict any type of client from seeking services with us, we recognize that some individuals might benefit from a type of care or approach that we are unable to offer. In these cases, we work with the individual to locate a clinician in the community to provide a referral.
